alongside the Client as a hiring consultant and full service
recruiting department to help:
1) learn your
business and help create and refine the job description,
2)
build a
custom pattern for the Profile XT,
3)
source
candidates,
4) review
resumes
5)
phone
screen,
6)
do initial
interviews onsite (in Chicago)
7)
administer
assessments,
8)
set-up
second interviews and be present with ownership/manager for them,
9)
help
ownership with the consideration of a hiring decision,
10)
help write
and administer the offer,
11)
serve as
liaison between the Client and the “candidate of choice” to
negotiate offer,
12)
provide
background check services,
13)
provide a
coaching report when hired, and
14)
work as a
representative of the Client for the duration of the hiring project
until a successful conclusion including notifying candidates who are
no longer under consideration.
